The preparatory meeting to organize the World Conference of international alliances to reform the United Nations

In addition to the participation of many representatives of associations, regional bodies and parliamentary figures, political and cultural world from different countries and continents.

Aware of the risks and challenges faced by Arabs and aimed at their presence, as well as their language and their culture and their religion, called the International Center for Studies and Research of the Green Book to hold a scientific seminar intellectual teamed for three days at the center in Tripoli from 14-16 of the holy month of Ramadan 1378,. t (24-26 Hannibal 2010) entitled (Renaissance and localization) and the participation of a group of scientists, researchers, intellectuals, activists, met and discussed the following topics: 1- the relationship between language and identity. 2- the national language and cultural conflict. 3- national languages and the experiences of the advancement of nations. 5- education in foreign languages and its impact on educational attainment. 6- Arab Renaissance and the national language. 7- the media's role in maintaining the national language. 8- ways of promoting the Arabic language. 9- obstacles to the spread of the Arabic language. 10-  the Arabic language in the information age. 11- to coordinate the efforts of Arabization in the Arab world. 12- classical risk marginalization in the Arab media. 13- the role of the Arabic language in communication, unity and identity.  The workshop participants concluded the following recommendations: 1. Strengthen the confidence - permanently and continuously - in the ability of the Arabic language into the battle of progress and advancement of the nation ..  Rich language of an outstanding leader capable of incorporation and scientific creativity. 2. Invitation to Arabization of science curricula at all educational levels, and make the Arabic language educational Aqidia basis for the upbringing of new generations, and alert to the risk of duplication of language, especially in the early stages of education. 3. To address the malicious efforts of trying to undermine the sanctity of the Arabic language, or to cast doubt on the authenticity of the Arab culture. 4. Warning and alert the Arab media to put an end to everything that would lead to underestimate the Arabic language or Thakerha. 5. Activate regulations and laws designed to protect the Arabic language, defend and to advocate and put into immediate effect to prevent the use of foreign languages or letters in the written correspondence, addresses and names of the institutions is strictly not the exception. 6. Establishment (Society for the Protection of Arabic Language and the defense of Arab culture) an NGO concerned with the management of the Battle of Arabic language and culture in the face of what it takes entity of national threats and challenges, and working on urging and inciting the scientists and researchers to make the effort to achieve resolution of this battle, see the pan-Arab promote the reality and the actual path of the future. 7.meet around a common agenda that would make these goals into practice "  Participants in the seminar on scientific (Renaissance and localization) Tripoli in 16 of the holy month of Ramadan 1378,.
